Hano & Draya - Taos, NM

Early one morning, I woke up and ran out to take the 30 minute drive out to Taos Ski Valley to document Draya as she made her rounds on a snow cat. These machines are HUGE and it was thrilling to say the least to hitch a ride straight up the mountain and over to the snowboard park. The return run was even crazier... Draya (Dray-Ah) had radioed to see if anyone were on a snowmobile nearby and sure enough, two seconds later... Cliff Sanchez (see below shot of cliff wearing a blue jacket and sunglasses) radioed back saying that he could see us and that he was swinging over. Let me tell you, there's nothing quite like going down a 45 degree trail, flying at 50 MPH with tears just racing down or rather... streaking across your face...! Here are photos of Alejandro and Adriana (Founder: Ernie's Grandchildren) who both help make things happen at Taos Ski Valley. Oh yeah, Ajax is Hano's dog too..!
